I've stayed here before and had a pleasant experience. The room was quiet, the temperature stayed at the 67° I set, and the TV even greeted me on arrival and said “bon voyage” on my last day. There were two frustrating problems, though. The fridge only ran for a maximum of two hours before going into sleep mode, so I had to keep pressing its button to keep my food and drinks somewhat cold. It also had no freezer. The deadbolt didn't work properly: it wouldn't lock the door, but it could leave the door stuck so I couldn't get out.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and neat, but trying to book a conference room has been frustrating. You can't speak directly with the person handling bookings, since everything goes through email. I first reached out in early October about reserving a room for early November and was told the booking manager was on vacation until October 14th. It's now October 25th, and I still haven't had a response or follow-up.

I booked online for a couple of days while supporting construction work in GA and FL, and the place was a pleasant surprise. The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were great. I'll stay again if I'm in the area. Thomasville, GA is lucky to have this property.

The shower was nice, and the hotel looks good inside and out. Still, the rooms cost way too much for what you get. The beds and pillows were terrible, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything happening outside your room. Nothing was complimentary.

It's a beautiful, quiet hotel in a nice town. I've been staying with Marriott for over 20 years, and these rooms are better than at any other Courtyard I've tried. Definitely recommend it.
