Hampton Inn Thomson

I've stayed here a few times, including with my ex-wife when we were looking for the house she got in the divorce. It's a really nice place and the people are very friendly. It'd be even better if sci-fi could get a happy ending from Savannah. She's an absolutely adorable young lady. I guarantee he doesn't give happy endings, maybe just a beautiful smile and a good morning.

Darlene was probably the most pleasant desk clerk I've ever met. Check-in was easy and quick, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had a nice breakfast before heading out. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the area.

The rooms are lovely and the atmosphere is incredible. The front desk associates always welcome you with a smile, and they're helpful and willing to go above and beyond. It's a wonderful experience.

There was a death in our family, so we had to cancel the room. When I booked directly with the hotel, I was told I'd get a refund if I cancelled more than 24 hours ahead. I called every Hampton number I could find and got no help for a while. Eventually I reached someone at the hotel, but the customer service was poor. He wasn't helpful and said I wouldn't get the full refund, even though I cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. He didn't care to hear why we needed to cancel. We've rented plenty of hotels and vacation homes and never had service like this. I highly don't recommend this hotel.
