The kitchenette's weekly rate is hard to beat, and after I stayed a couple of weeks, the ladies told me how to get a better rate. Thornton, CO isn't exactly the nicest area, but the staff keep the property clean and tidy, and I felt safe and looked after here. The day and night staff are professional, accommodating, and always friendly. Special mention to Ang, who's truly lovely and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed.

The room and parking lot were clean, with no trash or paraphernalia like some reviews mentioned. We had already checked in earlier that day, and there were police walking around when we arrived in the evening. On the first morning, a guy knocked on every door as he walked along the balcony. No idea why. Then at midnight on our third night, three guys were drinking and making noise right outside our door. My brother was with me but asleep. If I'd been a man, I would've felt safe enough to tell them to move along. It's about what you'd expect.

I gave this hotel another try after an unimpressive earlier stay, but this time was worse. Maria, the same receptionist, was incredibly rude again. She swore and told me to deal with it or go somewhere else. When I said I'd complain about her behavior, she said she wasn't afraid of corporate. I definitely don't recommend staying there if you want to be treated like trash. 👎

It's an okay place to stay, and the staff were cool. I had no issues with them. The location is great, about 15 minutes from downtown Denver. You get what you pay for, and I know it's a budget hotel, but I do wish they offered room service.
