The room was attractive and updated, and the location is quiet, set back from the freeway. The hallways are looking tired, though. Bridget helped us switch to a room that suited our needs better than the one we'd booked, thank you! Breakfast was poor, the potatoes were still frozen.

The hot tub closes at 10 p.m., though they may start closing things around 10:15. Breakfast was good, with hot food, baked items, and fruit. The rooms are a bit noisy because the building is wood construction. There's no USB port by the nightstand, so bring a charging device and cable if you want to charge in bed. Our room had a microwave and fridge. Good hotel, great service.

I was in town for a pharmaceutical meeting and felt disappointed at first when I couldn't get a room at the contracted property. Then I met Joseph Mahsetry at hampton inn, and he turned the stay into one of the most welcoming and enjoyable check-ins I've had in 20 years of traveling around the world for pharma meetings. Joseph made check-in seamless and paid incredible attention to detail. He's an absolute hero, and Hampton Inn is lucky to have him. I'd definitely return, hoping to be greeted by his warm smile and care again.

The hotel is beautiful, and the room was wonderful and very spacious. The bathroom was lovely and really big, and the front desk concierges were very helpful.

The room was comfortable for an economy hotel, and I'd come back. But the $20 parking fee is far too much for suburbia, and the main elevator was broken, making the trip to the room inconvenient. The freeway noise is loud. Next time I'd park next door to avoid the fee.
