Three Forks Lewis & Clark Motel

Jeanine was a lovely host and went out of her way for us. The rooms have that welcoming Route 66 motel feel, and they've been updated and kept very clean. They say there aren't amenities, but we were given juice, milk, oatmeal, and bars, plus shampoo, lotion, soap, and good quality bath towels. There are tables and chairs outside each front door. This is definitely where we'll stay next time.

A/C, a small fridge, and a microwave were in the room. It's a quiet, clean motel that's recently been updated, and the renovated bathroom was spotless.

The staff were very friendly, and the price seemed reasonable compared with other nearby options, even though it was a little more than we paid elsewhere on our two week road trip. Our room was in the adjacent building, so we could pull right up to it. It had been remodeled fairly recently and was beautifully decorated. We played cards at the table outside in the evening. In the morning we found juice and other things near the check-in desk. That area was such a cool spot, I wish we'd known earlier so we could have spent more time there.

We had a great stay and plan to come back to visit the town. The rate was great, the staff were friendly, and the room was a good size and really comfortable. Our dog friendly room was in a separate building, which helped keep hallway noise from startling the pups and spared other guests from their barking. They had water bowls available, plus a couple of surprise treats waiting when we arrived. What a great find.
