Emblaze Hotel

Everyone was super friendly and the service was excellent. I had no problems while I was there, and it's really convenient to a 24-hour Subway, a McDonald's that isn't open 24 hours, and a Loves. We'll definitely return to Emblaze when we're back this way.

Management made the stay comfortable, quick, and relaxing. The staff were great, the rooms were awesome, and the hot coffee and Roku TVs were nice extras. It's right off 37 and 281, so getting back on the road was easy, with Loves, Subway, and McDonald’s Donald’s nearby. Best place to stay for the price. Thanks, emblaze, I'll definitely stop by on the way home!

The one thing I can give credit for was the staff member I spoke to, though she was in street clothes, so I couldn't tell who actually worked there. The “closet room” was okay. Thanks for banning me; I've never been banned before and it's kind of nerve-racking. I wish you blessings and prayers, too. Hopefully the new owners will do better with the property, since it has potential. Update: The “owner/manager/staff/employee” keeps getting triggered by my honest review, so I'll add what I left out before. The fixtures were rusted, with mildew around them, there was an odor coming down the hall from the “common area/living room/tv room” or whatever it's called, and the towels smelled and looked like they'd never been replaced since the place probably opened in the 1990s. I kept my first review short. I had wished you well serving the community and street walkers alike. No judgment about how you or your employees make money. Even if the world may be ending soon, this place will still be on the corner of “Hades and Grotesque ave.” If you're traveling or stranded nearby and have any other choices, take them before spending your money here. Look at how this establishment responds to an honest review. Professional? Absolutely not.

From the top down, including the girls taking care of you, the people here are about as nice as they come. I stay at lots of different hotels. We had a problem, but it wasn't anyone's fault, just one of those days, since no day is perfect. I enjoyed my stay anyway. And thanks for the good news. I'll be waiting, lol.
