Regency Inn Three Rivers I-37

The office stunk as soon as I walked in. My room was disgustingly dirty, with roaches and a scorpion on a cloth near the bed, along with a cockroach. I don’t think the floor had ever been cleaned. Even at that cheap rate, you’ll go home with roaches!

I was here for work for three nights and got a different room each night. The first had no trash cans or top sheet, and the TV in the second had no working cable. In the third room, the light over the sink wouldn’t turn off. When I told the desk clerk, he offered to put a towel over it. I said I couldn’t sleep with the light on, and he offered to move me. It was so late that I said I’d rather rip the light off the wall than switch rooms. He’s now standing on the counter trying to remove it. Don’t waste your money, pay a little more for a decent motel.

The peaceful, convenient location made it easy to unwind after a long day, and there’s a restaurant nearby. I had a wonderful stay in Three Rivers. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Fresh linens and good Wi-Fi were among the little things that helped keep the stay stress-free. It’s great value for the price, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Three Rivers. I look forward to coming back on my next trip.

What a dump. I stopped here on a road trip because it was inexpensive and right next to a restaurant. The hot water was out most of the time, some electrical outlets had no covers, and there was no nightstand. They brought towels promptly when I asked, but the bathroom and sink hadn’t been cleaned. There was soap slime, empty soap and shampoo packets, stains and goop in the tub, and the porcelain coating was peeling. Long black hairs were in the sink basin. The made bed had dirty, stained sheets when I went to get in. Rat poison was left on the vanity too. This didn’t feel like a maid simply missing something, it felt like nobody cared whether the room was clean. The hotel might be getting renovated, though repair seems like a better word. There’s another Oyo hotel a block away that looked much better maintained. Try that one.
