They don't clean rooms or handle the bedbug problem like responsible owners should, and the service is awful. People are rude, and despite bad reviews for years, nothing gets fixed. I don't understand how this place is still open. This motel and the owner's other one should be shut down until the problem is handled or new management takes over, people who actually care about customers. Come on, Tiffin, get your act together!

For the price, you get quiet, good-sized rooms, and it's hard to expect much more. The owner was professional and understanding about my situation, and worked with me. The front desk people were very nice.

There have been major improvements with the new management, especially in how thoroughly rooms are cleaned. The owner is polite and courteous, and willing to accommodate you as best he can. It's also close to a 24-hour gas station, a breakfast spot, and a Mexican bar and grill.

This place is infested with bedbugs. I shouldn't even have given it one star, but wanted everyone to know.

After a full day of travel, my daughter and I paid $65 for a room for the night because we were tired. Once we got inside and reached the bed, we could see it was badly infested with bedbugs. I told the desk and got a refund. Would not recommend this motel at all.
