The walls and floors let through far too much noise. I could hear the TV in the room next door and every step from upstairs. The building feels cheaply put together, and charging more than $100 a night for this feels wrong. This is really a two-star hotel pretending to be more.

We spent a week here and felt welcome the whole time. The front desk team was friendly and quick to help whenever we needed anything, and the housekeepers were lovely too. Our suite gave us no trouble, and the other guests were friendly and respectful. My kids especially loved the gentleman serving breakfast. He was helpful and kind, and we all enjoyed his energy. Thanks for such a great stay. We hope to come back soon ☺️

Breakfast starts at 5 every morning, which worked well since I leave for work at 5:20. They don't have bacon, though Holliday Inn does. My room's faucet was leaking, and they couldn't replace it, but they offered me a different room. The rooms are okay, and housekeeping was very polite and checked that I was satisfied. It's a little far from Franklin, where I'm working, but I'm not unhappy with the stay.

I booked this hotel specifically for the room with a whirlpool bath. At check-in, I was told the room had been double booked and that I wouldn't be getting one.

The staff made us feel comfortable, and we had a good stay overall. Breakfast was a nice extra, though getting microwaved burritos every day for three days got old. Waffles would be a must. One evening there was a skunk smell in the halls, iykyk, but thankfully it never made it into our room.
