The listing on booking.com included things that weren't actually there, like a microwave and refrigerator. There were no King size beds either. One room's outside door had large gaps that could let snakes or lizards in, and the key card reader on the second room's outside door was broken. The manager couldn't get it working.

I used to stay here without problems, but after the owner learned I had a medical service dog, things changed. She moved me from a decent room into a filthy one. The comforter was stained, the floors were dirty, the tub looked like a murder scene, the sink was stained, the shower stayed cold, and neither the fridge nor TV worked. I put the comforter on the floor for my dog. She wouldn't come help because she was looking after three kids, and later tried to charge me extra for the already dirty comforter, claiming my dog had soiled it. A service dog has to be trained to qualify as one. I disputed the charge with my bank and got my money back. I also took issue with being told I could have gone elsewhere, and with her refusing to give me a copy of the signed receipt. She said the bank would fight it and that they would decide when we checked out. I worried she might damage the room after we left, so I took photos and videos, including one of her poor customer service. I filed a complaint with the Americans disability Association over what I believe was discrimination because of my medical condition and service dog, and for putting me in a much worse room. I'm very disappointed. I live in Somerville and had stayed here before without trouble. I would never come back, and advise anyone with a medical service animal to stay away.

By the third day we finally had a microwave and a roll of toilet paper left on the back of the toilet, but we still didn't get clean towels or have the trash taken out. On day four, there were still no towels and the trash was still there. They came into the room each day and turned off the air conditioning while we were out. It felt like customers were just bothering them and taking up their time. The first room already had someone in it. In the second, the sheets and bedspread were dirty, there were no towels or toilet paper, and the fridge didn't work. The third was cleaner, though we had to dust and wipe down the counters and desktops ourselves. Its microwave didn't work either. She said she'd replace it, then promised to bring toilet paper and a microwave in 20 minutes when I stopped by the next evening. After waiting an hour I went to bed. At 6:30 the next morning, neither had arrived. I rang the customer service bell three times over 20 minutes and got no answer; calls went unanswered too. Avoid this place.

I expected a nice family hotel, but it felt more like a $2 roach motel. They wouldn't let more than two people stay in a two-bed room, so I had to buy three rooms for six people. In mine, there were baby roaches, or water bugs, by the shower. The microwave was missing because someone had apparently taken it, and they still hadn't put in a replacement. Pitiful. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

The room smelled of old cigarettes, had a hole in the wall, and there were roach eggs by the coffee maker. The comforter had yellow stains too. We wanted to leave, but the kids were tired. This place is tacky and not worth the time, money, or energy. I don't recommend it. We'd booked a King size bed and sofa bed through Booking.com, but at arrival the woman rudely said she didn't know why that was listed and offered a room with two beds for $10 extra. I agreed because it was late. The next morning I noticed they'd taken more from my card than I had signed for. At the office, she said I could have booked across the street and wouldn't give me a copy of the signed receipt, only a transaction paper. When I said I'd dispute the charge, she said the bank would fight it and they'd determine it at checkout. I was worried she'd ruin the room after we left, so I took photos and videos, including a video showing how poor her customer service was.
