The room was quiet and in good shape, with a comfortable bed, and the parking lot and outdoor lighting felt adequate. Breakfast had a nice range of choices, and the employees were friendly and helpful. I couldn't find an extra blanket, there wasn't a USB port, and getting on the Wi-Fi was a hassle. Still, the room was worth what I paid.

Breakfast stayed hot and well stocked, and the staff were friendly, especially the people working that area. The room was comfortable and had a good mattress, and check-in was easy. The property was clean and well maintained. Parking felt a little cramped, though it was a busy holiday weekend. A very good stay for the price.

Yoyo made breakfast fun with her warm, funny personality, and the food was excellent, especially the biscuits and gravy. There was a good selection, too. The room was spacious and clean, and the service was wonderful from the minute we arrived until we left. Such a nice surprise.

Breakfast had a good range of options, and Linda and the rest of the staff kept everything clean and replenished. My room was comfortable and clean. I could hear some highway noise, but it didn't keep me up.

The room itself was clean, but the service on this visit left me upset. We arrived around 9 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, after a funeral the day before. Liz was working the front desk and wasn't friendly. The hotel wasn't full, yet she put us in the last room at the end of the hall, right beside the laundry room. We also noticed other minorities staying far down the hall. Last year, Roc at the front desk was helpful and accommodating. We have stayed three times at the Holiday Inn Express in Danville, KY, and they treat us like royalty. This time, the customer service was poor.
