The kids had a blast at the pool, and they put us in a room right next to it. Our beds were comfortable, the hotel was nice and quiet, and breakfast was a hit, especially the pancake maker that amused the kids. The front desk staff were so welcoming when we checked in. A perfect getaway from start to finish, thanks for making it special!

I was disappointed they wouldn't be flexible about extending my stay. I'd already spent three nights at $135 to $145 a night when I unexpectedly needed one more. They quoted an extra $40 for that night, even though I'm a silver member of the loyalty program and have stayed 15 nights so far this year. Holiday Inn Express around the corner offered the same room for $128. Maybe I should rethink my loyalty to Hampton Inn.

My husband and I stayed here to visit our kids, and we had a great time. We had a lovely view, and watching the sunrise was beautiful. The room had a mini fridge, coffee station, microwave, and TV. My husband's name was on the TV screen when we walked in, which was a nice touch. The coffee was amazing, with creamer and all the basics we needed. We didn't have a full day to try all the amenities, but there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, just a quick drive to a few good places. Well worth a visit.

Our room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was nice. They welcome dogs, and breakfast had a good selection, though I would have liked gluten-free options such as bagels. I'd stay again if I'm in the area.

They had major construction going on during the day, with loud noise and water shutoffs that made the rooms usable only at night. None of this was mentioned when I reserved. They only told us at check-in, after we'd driven for hours with kids. It felt like ordering a jacket that arrives as half a jacket with a note explaining it. No refund, discount, or even a real apology. How can they think that's honest business?
