The location was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The outside isn't the prettiest, and the inside feels a bit dated, but it was clean. The friendly service made the place feel like a throwback in time.

The front desk was welcoming, and the heat was great. The place was clean and had everything I needed. There's a cool walking trail right by the hotel, and the small fitness room has a treadmill and a couple of dumbbells.

The room was clean, and it was easy to get on and off the highway. My only gripe was the old, blurry LCD TV. I just use the TV to listen to the weather channel while I fall asleep, anyway.

For a quick road trip, this budget hotel ticked all the boxes for me. It's near downtown and Funspot, which was why I was in town. Staff were really friendly, and the hotel was spotless. I took off one star because the “comforter” was basically just a sheet, and I would've preferred something warmer.
