Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tinley Park, IL

The room was comfortable, clean, and a decent size for the price. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and my husband, I, and the little grandkids enjoyed the room and pool. The thing that put us off was breakfast, and I wouldn’t stay again because of it. We were there four nights, and breakfast got worse each day. On day two there was no waffle mix, and very little food overall. I waited from 7 until 8:30 for food that never got refilled. When I mentioned it, a staff member said, “There’s no food out there?” It was so ridiculous that my family and I left right away. The breakfast service was a mess. Make other plans for breakfast.

Amber at the front desk was great, and everyone on staff made my time here pleasant. I stayed about three weeks while in transition, and the hotel was comfortable, cozy, clean, and in a very safe area. The cooks made breakfast a treat each day, too. Weekdays were quieter. On weekends there were more families around, which was fun to see. Thanks to the staff for making me feel welcome and accommodating me. I’d recommend the stay 10/10. 💜

We’ve had a comfortable, pleasant stay at Country Inn & Suites Tinley Park with our family of five. The staff have been very friendly, too. Our 2-queen suite works really well for a family. The two queen beds are spacious, and having a separate room with a sofa bed gives everyone space and privacy to relax. The suite is clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully set up for families traveling together. That extra room makes it much more comfortable than a standard hotel room. We’d definitely recommend it to families wanting space, comfort, and convenience.

After a tough week, Isabel’s kindness really meant a lot. She welcomed us warmly and gave my kids some holiday swag to wear on the morning we were leaving. A small gesture can make a big difference. Thank you.
