We first stayed here because the rates were reasonable, but after a break from visiting, we came back and found our room had a much-needed, first-class renovation. I can only speak for the room we had, but it was a pleasure to stay in. We’ll return for the quality as well as the reasonable price.

The construction left the place a little disorganized, and the bathroom is due for a remodel. There was cracked plaster, water damage around the shower head and on the walls, and the dishes were greasy enough that I had to wash them all again. We also spotted a few spiders and flies. The heat worked great, though, and the room itself was good. All in all, it wasn’t a bad stay.

This is a handy base for a Jersey Shore trip, with major highways nearby, including the Garden State Parkway, Route 18, Route 35, and Route 36. You can reach New York or Philly in about an hour and a half, and there are a poolside lounge area, cookout grill, fire pit, basketball court, and workout room. Breakfast is complimentary, and there’s plenty to like on site. The rooms were clean and the staff very professional. For the location, this is the best hotel.

I spent two weeks here while waiting to move into my new home. Manesh and Jay at the front desk were kind and very helpful, and having free breakfast and laundry on site made the longer stay easier.
