Casa Coquina Del Mar B&B

For cruisers, being able to leave the car at Casa Coquina free of charge was fantastic. Chris drove us straight to the port and came back to pick us up when we got off the ship. We stayed two nights in December before our cruise from Port Canaveral, and would happily return. Vicky, Chris, and Cristal went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable and were very accommodating. The room was comfortable and quiet, and breakfast was excellent. There’s also a great Mexican restaurant a short walk across the street. If you want a unique B&B, I highly recommend Casa Coquina Del Mar.

We left feeling like family, and we’d definitely stay here again. Vicki and Chris made us feel welcome and were helpful throughout. The B&B is decorated in a really unique way, and it’s fun just looking around at everything. Happy hour was a nice chance to unwind and meet a few of the other guests. There’s also a great restaurant across the street.

The breakfast was outstanding, and it’s clear they put a lot of work into making the stay memorable. Service felt personal, attentive, and heartfelt, with staff who seemed to care about making guests feel welcome. The price was surprisingly affordable, too. It could suit a leisure trip or an intimate small business gathering. I’m a big hotel fan, and this was easily my favorite bed-and-breakfast stay. The place has a thoughtful, cozy atmosphere and a nostalgic charm that made it feel like stepping back into the 1800s, while still having the modern comforts I wanted. I love that kind of old-fashioned feeling, and for me the balance was just right. I can’t recommend it enough.

The sunrise from the second-floor deck, coffee in hand, was a real treat. Breakfast was yummy, and Crystal, the manager, was incredibly accommodating. We had our boat on a trailer and were able to park it in the large area in front of the building. The eclectic decor made the visit fun. The building dates to the 1920s, so the room looked dated, but it was clean. The location by US1, looking out over the Indian River, is ideal, though the railroad tracks nearby get loud at night. Bring ear muffs if you stay here, or anywhere along US1. Even with the noise, I recommend Casa. Crystal could teach a master class in hospitality.
