Residence Inn by Marriott Toledo West

My parents stayed here for a while as their home was being repaired. The living arrangements aside, the best part was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful, treated my parents and us like family, and went out of their way when we really needed support. Whether you're here for one day or six months, I highly recommend booking here.

The staff were amazing, and the hotel was nice. When I stayed a while ago, the room was clean and very spacious. I just expected more breakfast choices, like pancakes or waffles, and the milk for coffee was sour.

Nikki is wonderful. She keeps my room clean, always has a smile, and makes time for a good conversation. She’s a real asset to the company. Most of the staff are excellent too, though a few aren’t as good. The pool has also been closed for repairs too many times during my stays here 😔.

We’re in town for a funeral and staying at the Residence Inn off of Secor. Noise carries from the rooms above and beside us, and the pullout mattress has what look like blood stains. When my mom showed photos to the night clerk, she said the couch was more comfortable anyway. That response was completely inappropriate. Later, when my mom went back down for extra blankets, the same clerk was nasty and snippy. Corporate will be getting a call in the morning.
