The coffee was fantastic, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping the hotel clean. The bathroom could use an update, though. One elevator was out all week, and when the oven broke there was no hot food on our last day. With those inconveniences, I thought we should have received some extra rewards points.

I won't book here again. I had trouble from the start: while trying to reserve rooms, I was hung up on several times, and at checkout I never got the receipts I was told I'd receive. The day-shift employee wasn't courteous or helpful when I tried to fix an issue she had caused. When I asked to speak with a manager, nobody was available.

I have never had hotel staff treat me this way before. The GM Justin, the engineering manager, and a front desk clerk were all rude, disrespectful, and demeaning, and I found their behavior highly unprofessional. They seemed new to the property, and I felt they were targeting me because of my religious beliefs. I'd suggest finding somewhere else if being treated with respect matters to you.

The breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel, and I travel a lot and stay in plenty of different places. Our room was extremely clean, and the people at the desk were very kind. A great stay.

I spent a week here for work training and had a wonderful stay. The staff were very nice and knew the area well.
