T R Hotel

I felt right at home at this great hotel. It was very clean and newly renovated, and we had a blast. The front desk employee, Louise, was incredibly good to me and my girlfriend. I had trouble booking through third-party apps, but Luis was generous and stuck with it, calling around until he figured everything out for me. Five stars for him.

The bar restaurant was good, and our room was clean. The elevator, though, is really bad. Cold air blows up through a gap in the door, and you can see everything through that gap as it goes up, which feels creepy. The lit floor numbers above the door don't work, and two of the bulbs or numbers are missing completely.

Ginger and Jessica at the Days Inn are such a good team. They're welcoming, friendly, upbeat, and know their stuff. Both are genuinely helpful and make every interaction easy and enjoyable. Kind, professional, fun, and a pleasure to deal with. They make you feel right at home.

The building is a bit older, with four floors of rooms and a large conference area. The lobby was clean, and there's a restaurant in the hotel. Check-in was quick and professional. They're remodeling parts of the property, with work happening from 9am to 5pm, but nothing disturbed us at night.
