Home2 Suites By Hilton Tooele

We really liked the breakfast, especially the local yogurt, and the hotel is in a great spot. It’s new, and our room had more amenities than other places we’ve stayed. If you need somewhere near Tooele, give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. 😀

Joanne at reception was wonderful. She was punctual, listened closely to each request, and made sure my needs were met. The rooms were spectacular, and everyone showed real hospitality and professionalism. I travel around the country often, and HOME2SUITE in Tooele, UT is one of the top places I’ve stayed. I’m very grateful for everything they did during my visit. If you’re near Salt Lake City, I highly recommend it. It was money well spent, and I’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you, everyone!

The room cleaning here is disgusting. Some housekeepers apparently leave the bedding in place, and comforters and duvets aren’t changed between guests unless they get stained. I’ve seen lint rollers on the housekeeping carts, and I was told they’re used to clean showers between guests. That leaves me wondering what guests are expected to sleep on. If several people leave bodily fluids on a blanket, the next guests, maybe a couple or a family with a child, could end up sleeping on it before it’s changed. Management is terrible about how it talks about guests and handles their problems. I heard a pregnant woman report bed bugs, then heard the housekeeping manager say after she walked away, “she just wants an entire free stay here and we’re not going to comp her or give her a free stay when she can’t even differ between a bed bug or a tree bug”. That was plain rude. This place is wildly overpriced. I’d take my money somewhere else.

My room was huge and spotless, easily one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Home2 Suites usually gives you space, but this one stood out for how clean it was. The place feels brand new and well cared for. Staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in was easy. There’s plenty on the property, plus restaurants and shops nearby if you want to go out. I’d absolutely recommend staying here. Probably the best option in town, and I usually find things to critique, but not this time.
