Legends Casino Hotel

That salmon dinner was the best I've ever had, and the huckleberry cheesecake is delicious too. The food was great and reasonably priced, and the hotel itself was clean, beautiful, safe, and fairly priced. Our room was just right, and the staff were super helpful. You do need your ID each time you come back into the hotel or casino after leaving. I've seen people complain about that, but it's no big deal; those are the rules. I recommend Legends 100 percent and we'll stay again.

I used to love going to Legends, but after this experience I don't plan to return. I'd lost my driver's license at the casino and called to see if anyone had turned it in. They had it. Since I live half an hour away and couldn't get there, I asked security whether my daughter, who drives past every day, could collect it. The first agent said that was fine: I should call on the day, give my daughter's name, and she'd need to show ID. I understood that. I called at 7:30 that morning, and the agent who answered took her name and again said it wouldn't be a problem. When my daughter arrived, the door agent was rude and refused to hand over my ID. She called me, and I explained that two people at different times had approved it. They eventually found the agent who took my morning call. She flatly denied speaking with me or saying it was allowed, then backtracked when my daughter asked why I would lie. The head of security was called and released the ID to her. I'm grateful to him, but the whole thing was ridiculous. The staff were rude, nobody checked into the call, and the agent lied to avoid trouble. I expected better customer service and communication within the security team. Maybe they don't care about losing a patron, but they have lost me.

My birthday is May 15, the same date as their anniversary. I'm the older one, of course! We had a great time. The buffet was excellent, there are lots of games, and even the security staff were cool. Just know there’s no drinking or smoking inside.

It was a very enjoyable evening at the Jay Leno show. They hold events here often, but the setup could be better. The seating sections weren't clearly marked, and getting out afterward was a free-for-all. I think a few attendants directing the traffic would have sped things up. Still, nothing terrible.
