I was in the room for 15 minutes before leaving, but they still charged me. I left a note about my disappointment at the empty front desk. The whole stay felt unsafe and filthy: my key opened eight different rooms before I stopped trying it. In my room, the floor didn't look vacuumed, the tile was dirty with chunks missing, and the walls had splashes I couldn't identify. There was a stained towel on the tub, mildew under every surface, and what looked like paint over mold. I couldn't finish showering, and there was no guest laundry. The bed-cover stains looked like cheetah print. The entrance to my room was dark and dirty, with cracked glass supposedly fixed using clear packing tape. Outside, the property was falling apart, with a junk shed and a gross couch behind it. They claim to have security, but I only saw a few Ring cameras in the lobby. I called two different numbers before anyone came to the front desk. They advertise a remodel, but it seemed limited to lobby decor and new headboards. This place should be condemned.

After a long day, we needed somewhere clean and quiet to rest, and the room was just that. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered to help with anything we needed to make the stay comfortable. Definitely give them a chance!

We booked and prepaid for three nights through Priceline for an employee. After his first morning, he told us there was no hot water for his shower, the place was dirty and gross, and he wanted us to find another motel. We asked to cancel the remaining nights and get a refund. Manager Amy refused. Priceline said it couldn't refund us if she claimed the room was clean and the hot water worked, which is exactly what she said. Our employee felt the place should be condemned. The room was so dirty that the floor tiles turned the hand towel black. I went to Dollar Tree for bleach cleaner and wiped down everything I planned to touch. I wouldn't take my shoes off on the carpet. There was no coffee or other amenities, and they didn't offer a refund, so I slept there and left. Should've read the reviews first, my bad.
