We spent four days here, and the whole stay was awful. The room was filthy, with stains on the floor and mattresses, a toilet that wouldn’t flush, and a very weak shower. The elevator was cold, one elevator wasn’t working, and there was no heat in it or in the hallways. We also waited five minutes for an elevator to open. The fire alarm went off at 9:30 the next morning, and we ran down to the lobby. Only about three people were there, and the front desk worker told us to return to our room because it wasn’t a real fire, instead of evacuating the building. Firefighters didn’t arrive for an hour and a half, while the alarm kept blaring and made it hard to talk or do anything. Even before getting to the room, we found mattresses scattered across the parking garage floor. When we asked the front desk worker about them, he answered rudely and sarcastically, claiming they were being replaced by the mattresses currently in the rooms. After we questioned him, he changed his story, turning very red. When we later said the stay had been a nightmare, he brushed us off with “ok?” and said there were no refunds, which was a lie. My cousin and I won’t stay here again. I’d urge anyone looking for a hotel to avoid this place. It seems like it wouldn’t pass a single hotel inspection in this state. Worst hotel experience of my life.

The room and location were both good, but the bathroom was only mediocre because of the toilet. At first I thought it was dirty, then I looked closer and it seemed like someone had painted it or something. It wasn’t appealing to look at. The hotel also feels outdated, which seems to attract some questionable guests, so be cautious. I’ve stayed in much better hotels for the same price.

We had to switch rooms because the TV and phone didn’t work, and this went on for two nights. The TV kept showing “No Signal” from the crappy Dish Network cable, so we couldn’t watch anything before bed or the news in the morning. The phone didn’t work either, so I had to call the front desk from my cell. The first night, a maintenance guy came up and basically pretended to fix things. The next night, someone said he’d be there in ten minutes but never showed. I called again 40 minutes later and found out he’d left his shift without telling anyone about us. The next guy said there was nothing he could do and we’d have to wait until maintenance came in the morning. We were checking out then, so that didn’t help. We only got a different room after I brought up the manager and a refund. It was frustrating paying as much as we did for two nights and not being able to relax. The photos online make the place look clean and bright, but in person it’s much more run down. The shower and sinks don’t drain, it’s loud inside and outside, and the bathroom toiletries are bolted to the wall but the pumps don’t work. The front desk guy’s bland attitude was the cherry on top. I personally wouldn’t recommend staying here for what they charge. This place should only be $60 a night at most.

Parking in this lot was a disaster, and as soon as we arrived at the garage there were mattresses on the floor, the sort of thing nobody wants to see when checking in. I asked the worker at the front counter about them, and he sarcastically said they were dirty and put in the rooms. Why would you joke like that with someone who’s just arrived? The irons didn’t work, the water pressure was terrible, and the water smelled bad. The staff were rude, breakfast was horrible, and they casually brushed off one issue after another. Do not book here.
