The friendly staff and good breakfast with plenty of options were the bright spots. The hotel itself was decent, but quite dated, and the rooms and furniture need an upgrade. Planes passing nearby also made things a bit noisy at times. Renovations and better soundproofing could make this a much nicer place to stay.

After a long drive I needed somewhere quiet and clean to rest, and both of my stays were just right. Daniel was especially friendly and helpful. Once I explained what I needed, he found the right accommodations. He also suggested I become a member, which gave me a discount on my next stay. Great deal.

I may have just gotten a bad room, but this was a terrible stay. There were stains on the couch, marks on the sheets, and broken things around the room. The bathroom was worse. At check-in, I found a strange grainy gray substance on the shower floor. A few hours later, the toilet started bubbling and smelling, then nearly overflowed. It seemed like a sewage line problem that would need to be snaked out, possibly after being neglected, and I had no way to fix it myself. I couldn’t use the bathroom in my room for the rest of the stay. I eventually realized the gray material was sewage coming up through the shower, bubbling just like the toilet. There were bugs in the room too, and the door had trouble closing. I probably won’t return unless this is my only option.

The whole hotel was very clean, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the service went beyond what I expected. Everyone was so welcoming, from the kind woman at breakfast to the reception team, and they made me feel at home. My stay was perfect, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.
