Breakfast was good for a hotel, with a nice variety, and the two women working were kind and kept the area clean. They should offer oat or almond milk, though. The staff were welcoming, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was a smooth, pleasant stay, and I'd come back and recommend it.

The location was a real plus, in a quiet part of Lincoln and just a short drive from the Roseville area. I stayed for a couple of nights and had some of the best sleep I've had in a while, thanks to the very comfortable bed. The property felt modern and sparkling clean, and the room was spacious. Front desk staff were welcoming and made check-in easy. Breakfast was included, with a good range of fresh, hot options. Great value for the money, and I'd recommend it to anyone passing through.

The room is spacious enough for my parents and me, and I get a separate bed, so it works well for my family. The downside is that there's only one remote for the TV, so we have to share it. I wish there were two remotes, one for each TV on opposite sides of the room.

Yvonne at the front desk made check-in easy. She was so welcoming, friendly, informative, sweet, and kind. The room is really nice and comfortable, and I'm looking forward to the rest of my stay. Great hotel and a fantastic experience!

There was trash in our room, and the place seemed very dirty. Staff weren't very friendly, and the landscaping outside looked like it hadn't been touched in years. They didn't address our issues promptly, or at all. Asking questions felt like I was bothering them.
