The fire pit and s’mores kits made the evenings especially cozy after full days at the convention. The resort’s open outdoor areas were beautiful, spacious, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The facilities were very well maintained, and having the convention right on the property made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. After long days of networking, learning, and connecting with other attendees, it was a treat to come back to our room. The pillows and mattress were amazing, and we got some of the best rest we’ve had in a long time. Good sleep really matters at a multi-day convention. We brought our two dogs, who were thrilled to be with us, and the pet-friendly setup made the trip more enjoyable. We were there for a conference, and the staff made sure we had what we needed throughout. They handled the details well, so everything felt organized and easy. The renovated rooms feel fresh, and it’s nice to see work continuing on other parts of the property. The location is very convenient, close to the entrance of Great Smokey Mountains National Park. After a long day out, we all appreciated the comfortable beds. We’d definitely stay again.

The new owners are amazing, and the place is making quite a comeback, with improvements every week. It’s peaceful, quiet, and beautiful on this side of the old Smokies, with large, very clean rooms that feel well worth the money. Beds have new mattresses, fluffy bedding, and amazing pillows, like heaven after a long day. There are pools, hot tubs, a speakeasy, and incredible views of the Smoky Mountains. It’s a great grown-ups retreat or wedding venue, and handy for anyone taking 81 north to south or the other way.

I came for business and really enjoyed the stay. My family came along, and the property is huge with lots to do. We wish we’d stayed longer to enjoy it all. The room was one of the most spacious and cozy I’ve ever had, with a super comfortable bed and pillows. Beautiful location and design.
