I spent six days here while working in the area and would definitely come back. The staff were professional and easy to talk to, housekeeping did a top-notch job, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for getting office work done. Breakfast was great every morning, too. The area is beautiful, and I'd like to see it in other seasons.

The service really stood out. Daniel at the front desk was so kind and helped our family out in several ways. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The hotel is beautiful, too, right on the bay in a great spot with fantastic views.

Breakfast was good and well stocked, and we could eat by the windows overlooking the bay. The place was clean and nice. My only complaint was the pillows, which were small and really uncomfortable. Still, it was a very good stay.

The location is excellent, right across from the beach. Check-in was a letdown, though. Our room wasn't ready at the promised time, and the young woman at reception wasn't very friendly. She said they were short-staffed and had lots of rooms to clean, which felt like it was being put on me. I spoke with the manager the next morning; she was friendly and businesslike, but the first interaction still left a bad feeling.

Dylan, who was on the front desk night shift, was sweet and very helpful with the issues I had. Jay from maintenance also goes above and beyond to make sure we have what we need, and his customer service is top tier even though he works in the back. Every time I stay, the staff welcome me better than at any other hotel I've visited. Definitely recommend it, five stars all around.
