Blue Waters Treasure Island

Bungalow #14 at Blue Waters was beautiful, very clean, pet friendly, and had comfy beds. Its spot across the street from beautiful Sunset beach was about perfect. It's in a quiet part of treasure island, but still close enough to walk to food, drinks, and shopping. The owner was wonderful and quick to answer my questions. We've stayed all over from pass a grille to Treasure island, and this was honestly our best trip. Absolutely wonderful, and we'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

Getting checked in and out was super easy, and we had everything we needed. It's a great spot near the beach, local nightlife, and beach bars. The pool area had a relaxed feel too. Great place to stay, 10 out of 10, would recommend. We'll definitely come back!

The location was great, and we stayed in rm 4 for my friend's birthday. The room itself was nice, but the floors were filthy. The shower was so small I couldn't get away from the water pouring down. It almost felt like drowning. I also hated feeling watched by all the cameras, and the rules, restrictions, and extra charges or penalties were a lot. Visitors aren't allowed, which is ridiculous. I brought my friend over to see the room and property because she was considering it for her company's weekend getaway. The first thing she noticed was a sign saying no visitors or you'd be fined, plus 'smile you're on camera.' She wasn't interested after that. We paid a cleaning fee but still had to clean and take out the trash or face another charge. The 10 pm quiet time also felt like a curfew, since nobody could be out on the property afterward. It's a shame, because we hoped we'd found a place for staycations a couple of times a year. I seriously doubt we'll return.

The pool and beach were both great, and Blue Waters was peaceful and tranquil. My teenage daughter and I really enjoyed our time there. It was our first trip just the two of us, and it gave us the bonding time we needed before her senior year of high school.
