The room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the managers, Callen and Teal, made the place feel like a forever home. They were welcoming, offered great recommendations, and it's always a pleasure to see their friendly, smiling faces. I had such a great week at Oasis Palms Resort that I've now become a long term tenant at one of their other properties. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Mad beach Cantina and John’s Pass. It's great fun for a group of friends or family. Highly recommend Oasis Palms Resort, you won't be disappointed! 🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Newly remodeled units, great rates, and an awesome atmosphere. Oasis Palms is right across the street from the beach. Cal and the staff are super awesome, treating you like family and going above and beyond to help you feel at home and enjoy your stay. If you want a family-friendly place, I'd definitely call Cal and them to reserve a spot on the beach.

It's just across the street from the beach and a short walk from John's pass, and we had a great stay. This was our first time at Oasis, and the clean rooms had a nice homey feel. The apartment-style room made for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. I especially liked the kitchen, with regular-sized appliances that let us cook proper meals instead of feeling like we were camping. The furniture was so comfortable I had trouble getting my husband off the couch and away from the TV. Teal in the office was very friendly and helpful. We'd recommend it if you're after a quiet, comfortable vacation.

The staff were very accommodating when we needed to change our trip dates. It was our first time in Treasure Island after many stays on golf Boulevard. This is a cute little hotel across the street from the Treasure Island Beach sidewalk, great for a morning bike ride. Location, location, location! Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and newly renovated kitchen, though the bathroom was on the small side. Check-in and access were easy, and there was onsite parking. We had a first floor unit, which worked perfectly because we brought electric scooters and had somewhere to store them. We'd definitely stay again.

I stayed seasonally for over a decade, but didn't come back this year. I usually don't leave reviews because they seem to go unnoticed, but I can't stay quiet anymore. The hotel used to belong to a respected attorney; after she sold it, the quality started slipping. The new owner seems mainly focused on profit and treats staff poorly. A wonderful employee who'd been there for a year or two was let go, while another dedicated woman was overloaded with work meant for an entire team. She often stayed late into the night to make sure guests were happy and had received a lot of praise in past reviews. My fellow seasonal guests and I had formed friendships over the years and were devastated by the hurricane's impact. We were surprised to see the hotel reopen within two months, allegedly through questionable means. We've all decided not to return, despite spending thousands during our stays. It's disheartening that the focus seems to have shifted from guest satisfaction and cleanliness to financial gain. This year I stayed at a nearby hotel that felt much more welcoming. It's truly unfortunate that the former place has lost its charm and cleanliness.
