Our cabin is cozy and just right for two, with a nice porch out front for sitting and enjoying the weather. There's a laundry room on site, plus a room with games, books, movies, beach chairs, and boogie boards. It's a really nice alternative to renting a big house or hotel room. We're enjoying our stay at Sunset Beach Cottages. It's convenient to everything, with several restaurants within walking distance and the beach right across the way. Caddy's is about a block away and has great beach views.

The place was dusty, with cobwebs everywhere, and bugs all over. The staged photos don't match what you actually get. The management company didn't even know how to access the property, and the fridge water didn't work. The list goes on. Being within walking distance of the beach isn't worth it.

Seeing it still here makes me happy. My parents looked after the owners’ place about 30 years ago, and it was really special to us. Now I’d love to come back and see it again.

Our little cottage felt like a tropical hideaway, and the beach was only a two-minute walk away. They had all the basics on site, including beach chairs, boogie boards, and laundry. Brian, the owner, made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We stayed a week and wished it had been a month. Great value if you’re in the area, and we can’t wait to return.

We came back for a second visit and had another good stay. The cottage was very clean, just across the street from the beach, about a two-minute walk, and close to caddy's. The owners are lovely and have what you need for a beach trip. We also appreciated having a full kitchen and a grill so we could cook some meals ourselves and save on eating out.
