Twins Inn & Apartments

Vivian and Laura made organizing a large group easy, which we really appreciated. We rented every apartment for our annual 55th high school reunion get-together, and the setup worked perfectly for our group's needs. The apartments were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The beach was just a block away, and some units had beach views. The pool was very nice, and we could all gather in the larger apartments in the evenings. We plan to return. Thanks, ladies, for going above and beyond to accommodate us.

The place has a lot of character, but it's old, probably once a very small apartment complex. You can imagine the stories if those walls could talk. The beach is a short walk down the street. Pretty cool if you're not too picky. It was fairly clean, but, like I said, old.

Room 10 has a charming balcony with a clear ocean view, no binoculars needed, and the king bed was comfortable enough that I slept well even though it's on a busy street. We booked at the last minute for Memorial Day weekend without expecting much, so arriving to clean, renovated rooms was a nice surprise. The bathrooms were clean, too, and I honestly have no complaints about our stay. The layout is open and bright, with modern counters, an updated living room fan, and blue and white beach decor. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn't use the pool or laundry, though the pool looked clean and had toys. We stayed with family a block away for pool time and had enough clothes with us, so we didn't need the washer or dryer. You'd have to be pretty miserable to leave a bad review, though everyone's experience can be different, and maybe those reviews were from years ago. Our May 2024 stay was fantastic. I'd book again without hesitation and plan to come back.

We had one of the worst stays I've ever had. The booking site was hard to use. I tried to book for 7 people, but it would only let me book 4 in a room for 8. When I explained at check-in that we had 7, they said we were trying to cheat them. The pullout couch bed was stained, the sheets were wet, and there were no blankets. The office closed early, and there was no number to call for sheets or blankets. We found several cockroaches in the apartment, which was great with 5 kids. Let's just say we didn't sleep much that night. Now that we're home, we've found cockroaches in our bags, so we have to get an exterminator out to make sure we don't get an infection. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience ever.
