A couple of other staff interactions weren't as friendly, but Mark stood out and made the weekend better. From arrival on, he was welcoming and attentive, checked in with us often, and anticipated what we needed. He made us feel valued, not like just another reservation, and cared about getting everything right. He's a real asset to the hotel. We'd absolutely return because of the service he gave us.

We were sent to this Hampton Inn by the one in Wheeling, which was fully booked, and I'm glad we came here. Mark at the front desk took great care of us and made sure we had what we needed. The rooms felt homey, were clean and well appointed, and the fitness room had a variety of options. Great hotel and staff. You can't go wrong staying here.

I don't usually write reviews, but this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The man at the front desk was amazing and so accommodating, which made our stay excellent. They also have a nice breakfast in the morning. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Whenever I'm nearby, this hotel has been a great choice. It's up on a hill and a little set back from the main road, and some rooms have nice views. The staff have always been friendly.

My wife booked a room for me recently, and I was really happy with the service. Mark set me up with a nice room and was a pleasure to talk to. The hospitality here is great, and I'll stay here again next time I'm passing through.
