Breakfast was included, and the room was definitely clean. The bed was comfortable too, though we had to turn off the AC because it was so loud. There was a strong Pine-Sol smell. Getting the key was confusing: we had to cross the street to a hotel with a different name. There was no WiFi in the area, and no password information in the room, so we had to ask the front desk.

We had a great stay in this clean, well-equipped cottage in a tiny town just outside Bryce Canyon. We could walk to a restaurant, grocery store, gas station, coffee shop, and veterans memorial. The beds were a bit squeaky and hard, and the AC made a strange noise, but those were the only downsides.

We were booked for two nights, but left early because the place was so dirty. The bathroom toilet had old urine on it, so we cleaned it ourselves. There was also an electrical short that made the light turn on several times in the middle of the night. The room had not been swept, and the bedding appeared to have been left from the previous guests. We found an ankle brace in the sheets and other guests' hair on the pillows and bed. Management offered to move us, but the other room had dust, trash, and a toothpick on the floor, and the beds looked slept in with hair everywhere. We declined. We've called at least a dozen times since and no one answers. The management was horrible, and there are much cleaner places to stay. The photos show what we found in the unit and beds.

The location was good and the room was okay, but the night was miserable. The heater stopped working soon after we arrived. When we tried to restart it, it sounded like a jackhammer, far too loud to sleep through. The room was freezing, and all we had for covers was a thin bedspread.

The staff were friendly and answered all my questions, and the cabin was quiet, comfortable, and everything worked well. It wasn't too expensive, either. Bryce Valley Lodging is a really nice place to stay when visiting the area. We'll stay here again whenever we come back.
