Best Western North Roanoke

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and getting to Route 81 is really convenient. The staff were great and the rooms clean. Breakfast was just adequate, not especially good, but I’d happily return when I need to split up a day of driving. A truly well-managed place and worth the stay.

The receptionist on duty yesterday, 27/09/2025, was so awesome. I didn’t catch her name, but she had black hair and a septum piercing, and she was pretty. Her customer service was amazing, she seriously deserves a raise! ☺️❤️ My husband, our daughter, and I had a lovely stay too. It was very clean, the breakfast was yummy, and the location was great.

Once the check-in mix-up is sorted out, the stay itself is decent. The staff are always friendly and courteous, but every time I book through a third-party site like Expedia, there’s confusion or information missing when I arrive. I’ve never run into this elsewhere with third-party bookings, and it makes check-in more stressful than it needs to be. The team seems to be doing their best, but management needs to improve the behind-the-scenes coordination and communication with those booking platforms. I hope they can streamline the process.

A clean, well-maintained hotel, with a nice spot to walk the dogs.
