Several dogs were in the breakfast area, including one off leash. One guest carried a dog right into the food prep area and let it sniff an open sausage container. Gross. I suggested putting up signs requiring leashes and keeping dogs out of food prep, and having designated pet rooms because my wife is allergic to pet dander. A dog in a nearby room was left barking while its owners went to dinner. I reported it, but it kept going for almost an hour, and the owners apparently weren't contacted. We know dogs can get stressed when left alone. I tried several times to speak with the hotel manager as a courtesy during our two-day stay, but they were never on site. I hardly ever complain, but this was the worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. The room smelled like BO, and breakfast was poor: oatmeal was out of stock, scrambled eggs were left out for over 10 minutes, and the sausage was lukewarm and sad. The so-called orange juice was a sweet, Tank-like liquid. The BBQ restaurant across the street is excellent.

I was there for one night on a work trip. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and I really liked the good espresso machine and the range of non-dairy milk choices. The bathroom products were lovely too. My only downside was that there wasn't a kettle or coffee maker in the room.

For a quick stay at a reasonable price, it does the job. But if you want more for your money or extra amenities, I'd go elsewhere. My sheets were dirty, though I didn't notice until morning, and the room smelled musty. Breakfast was just okay. Asking the front desk attendant questions was frustrating because they seemed unsure of the answers.

Breakfast had plenty of seating and a good selection, and the room had everything I needed, even a wine cooler. The cleaners deserve credit, the place was spotless, and the bathroom was as clean as a pub. The bathroom products were good quality. I only missed having a coffee machine in the room. Great work, and I'd visit again.

We needed somewhere at the last minute during an emergency, and Best Western came through. They booked us quickly and personally through the hotel at an affordable price, while other chains sent us to a call service. The room was super clean and comfortable.
