Cape View Motel

My husband and I have stayed here three times and plan to keep coming back. It’s reasonably priced, especially in the off season, and the rooms are clean and quiet. The pool is a nice extra. The motel is close enough to downtown Provincetown, with lots of other good beaches and restaurants in Truro nearby.

We liked this place enough last year that my girlfriend and I came back. The owner made a real impression: she’s always out welcoming and chatting with people, while also taking care of the pool. You can tell she cares about the place, which means a lot to us. The staff are friendly, everything is very clean, and the view of Provincetown is great. We’ll be back!

The view of P-Town and the ocean is lovely, and the motel’s right on 6, so it’s quick to drive around the area. P-Town is only 15 minutes up the road. We come every year because this is our favorite Cape spot. Staff are thoughtful and kind, and the rooms are always clean with good amenities. The plates and utensils they leave are useful, though the mattresses could use an update. The pool is clean, with lots of chairs and loungers, plus pool noodles, goggles, and floats. There’s a large fire pit with plenty of chairs. Guests can use the outdoor grills, and grilling tools and sometimes charcoal are available. I just donated a whole bag. If you want a nice motel with solid rooms and amenities and friendly, helpful staff, this is it.

Room 124 had everything I needed and felt well appointed, clean, and quiet, almost like home. I enjoyed my night here, and the place was packed even in the off season. It’s a good choice if you want to visit the Cape without paying for luxury. The price felt fair for what I got, and I’d recommend it.
