We spent three nights in condo 12. It was newly renovated and very clean, in a perfect spot with a private harbor-view beach right outside. Being just outside Provincetown meant we could enjoy everything on Commercial Street and still have some peace and quiet. It’s pet friendly, and the shuttle goes into town, so there’s no need to look for parking. Highly recommend for a Cape Cod vacation.

Quiet, very clean, and close to Provincetown, with a private beach and a great location. There’s a shuttle into town every half hour for $2, so don’t take a taxi. I’ll definitely stay again.

Check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the sheets and towels were bright white. My allergies didn’t bother me, which was a huge plus. There was A/C, a coffeemaker, and a nice little fridge with a freezer. I just wish they’d left me two caffeinated coffee packs instead of one decaf. Be warned, the beach was covered in seaweed and hadn’t been raked.

A cozy beach motel that’s clean, in good repair, and does the job. You can see a few signs of weathering from its time on the coast since the ’70s. There’s nice access to the bay side of the beach, and P-town is an easy drive.

The rooms are spacious and have lovely coastal decor. It’s a beautiful setting right off the beach, and an enjoyable bike ride into Provincetown.
