The setting is lovely, with a spectacular sunset view, calm warm shallow water for wading and swimming, and handy outdoor Adirondack chairs, beach recliners, and picnic tables. Our room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and having a kitchen was a plus. We would've made more food there if bags had been provided for the bin under the sink. I contacted management about getting a trash bag. After a string of unnecessary questions, I was told they'd take care of it. Someone texted later that morning to say bags were coming, but none arrived. My follow-up text was ignored. Other reviews suggest this lack of follow-through may happen to others too, so an issue you raise might not get addressed. Parking was limited. Two nights after dinner, there was nowhere else to park and no street parking, so I had to use the handicapped spot. I contacted my Vacasa representative to check that it wouldn't be a problem and got no reply. The location is hard to beat, but service and communication were poor.

Everything we needed was in the clean room, and the beach was beautiful and quiet. It made for a lovely long weekend. It's a great base for seeing Ptown, the dunes, and seafood restaurants. We're looking forward to coming back next year.

We were just steps from the sand, and our dog was welcome for an extra fee. Provincetown was only 10 minutes away. Check-in and check-out were easy, and everything was sparkling clean. Such a lovely stay and a great find.

The view was outstanding, and the rooms were super clean. The innkeeper was pleasant and helpful, and it was definitely a great value. A very pleasant stay. If you're looking for a nice, relaxing beach stay, this is a good choice.

We loved the oceanfront location, the short ride to Provincetown, beach walks, and the beautiful sunsets from the property. The area was very dog friendly. There was a lot of seaweed in the water, though, so swimming wasn't ideal. The smoke detector was very sensitive and went off from a little shower steam or cooking. We heard other alarms go off too. The walls are thin, and we could hear people walking upstairs and suitcases rolling through the upstairs hallway.
