Like another guest mentioned, parking permits are a problem. You pay for a room but can end up parking across the street, up the hill in back, because "guest" cars are allowed in front of the rooms and take spaces from paying customers. Someone can visit and leave their car there all week, while you haul your stuff over in several trips. When you bring it up with the staff, the son makes it sound like it’s your fault. I remember when their dad Al cared.

You can walk straight onto the beach from here, and the waterfront is just steps away. We had coffee on our deck each morning watching the waves, and fell asleep to their sound. The staff were wonderful. I left my pocketbook on the Free shuttle that runs all day until 11:30 pm. While we were checking in, I asked if someone could call the company. The girl got in her car, followed the shuttle, and flagged it down so she could get my pocketbook back. Amazing hospitality. We’ll definitely return. Thank you Andrana!

We’ve been coming for the July 4th weekend for 10 years, and the fireworks view from the hotel in 2025 was spectacular. All the rooms face the beach, and the hotel is clean, just 18' from the ocean on the west side. From the second-floor patio there are slotted beach chairs; below it are park-style benches and stands for a small bbq. The main building has a café and restaurant, and the restaurant is spectacular. Lunch and dinner are fantastic. The building house has a heated pool (to 8" deep), hot tubs, tables and chairs around the pool, a fire pit, changing rooms and showers, plus a small gym with barbells up to 40 lbs, a universal-type bench with attachments, and a few exercise bikes. We spend more time at the pool with our kids than at the beach. The little cash bar there is a nice extra. We come during peak season, on July 4th weekends. The rooms have two queen beds, a fridge, microwave, toaster, two-burner electric stove, cutlery, plates, dishes, mixing bowls, and pots and pans. The beds are comfortable and clean, the bath and shower are clean, and the furniture is in good shape. It’s a lovely place with great people and views, sunrises and sunsets. Kids or no kids, you can enjoy the pool, the beach, and the sound of the waves with a 24/7 beach view.

If you’ve got small children and want to stay right on the beach, this is a perfect resort. The indoor pool is wonderful for rainy days, too. Every staff member we met was friendly and very helpful. We love this place!
