The employees were kind, professional, and tried their best to help me. They explained that a widespread ladybug outbreak was affecting multiple rooms, and I found ladybugs in both of the two rooms I was moved to. The second room also had a door lock that didn't work, which made me feel unsafe. Its AC kept blowing dry air and couldn't be turned off. Management and ownership need to address the building-wide pest and maintenance problems. Guests shouldn't have to deal with this.

The lobby is in great shape, but the room was a letdown for a four-star, $200 stay. There were cracked tiles, a stained tub, dirty mirror, no tissue paper, damaged and dirty walls, and dirty carpets and floors. We chose this location based on its rating and price, and it wasn't worth it. I got only six fries with my precooked burger, and half my wife's salad was wilted and inedible. There was no welcome amenity or recognition of my Bonvoy status, and staff didn't acknowledge me this morning either.

The staff were okay, but the rooms feel dated and need refreshing. The ceilings are so thin I could hear the people upstairs walking all night. The WiFi was ridiculously bad. I couldn't even download email, let alone join Zoom meetings. I won't come back because of the WiFi.

The staff were extremely friendly, especially the Black guy with dreads and the Black woman who works in the restaurant with two ponytails. They always greeted me coming and going. I came for work, and the reviews had really scared me, but the place was nice. My room was cleaned every other day. I took off two stars for the stuffy room and stale smell. The unit seemed to push out dry air, and I needed a humidifier. One sheet had a blood-like mark that looked like squished bed bugs, but I checked the whole bed and found no bed bugs. They changed the sheets and gave me points for that. The phone in the room didn't work either. Still, overall it was good, and the microwave and fridge are tucked inside cabinets.
