Encore Boston Harbor

The spa treatment was a real highlight. I've visited plenty of spas, and this massage is in my top five. There aren't lots of hot and cold rooms, but the treatment itself more than made up for that. I felt welcomed and looked after throughout, and the Encore balances activity with relaxation really well. The resort is smaller than some casinos I've visited, yet it's one of my best stays. The room was especially spacious, among the largest in the Boston area, with a personalized message on the TV and Alexa controlling the curtains. The separate spa tub, glass shower, plush robes, and comfy slippers added to the relaxed feel. The decor is refined, with bright touches of color. We visited in April, and the seasonal carousel in the lobby looked beautiful without taking over the space. I'd absolutely come back.

Parking was easy, with lots of spaces, and friends could drop by to spend time together. I stayed five days and enjoyed the room, casino, and food. Takeout and restaurant meals were consistently good, and the service was excellent. It could get a bit pricey paying cash instead of using comp points.

Larry in the lobby was a standout, and everyone else we met was welcoming too. I spent a few days at the Encore Boston Harbor and really enjoyed the stay. The view over the harbor toward the city skyline was my favorite part. Both the room and bathroom were huge, and the room was comfortable, even though its interior design wasn't really my style. I liked being able to control everything in the room from an iPad, which also had the hotel information on it. The complex is massive, with a huge casino and plenty of restaurants on site. A large shopping center is a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute taxi ride away. And the gardeners deserve credit for keeping the plants so healthy and lovely ❤️🌸

Kay at reception made a great first impression as soon as we arrived. She was warm, professional, and paid real attention to us. She clearly cares about guests, and went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and everything ran smoothly. Her positive attitude and eye for detail made a difference. Service like hers is rare, and she represents the hotel wonderfully. Thanks, Kay. We'll definitely be back.
