My wife’s allergies started acting up as soon as we went in, which hasn’t happened at any other Choice hotel we’ve stayed at. I checked the AC and found its filter matted with dirt and dust. Since we were only there one night, I cleaned the filter myself, but it made us feel like housekeeping skips the AC units. The stay was okay at best. I’ve had no issues at multiple other Choice Hotels, which were clean and accommodating, but this Sleep Inn fell short. I also asked for a 12 p.m. late checkout and was willing to pay a fee. They said the latest they could do was 11:30 a.m. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place unless there were no other options in the price range.

The power went out for four hours after a storm, including during breakfast, so they served no breakfast and staff offered us nothing in exchange. This was the filthiest Sleep Inn I’ve ever seen. The hotel is rundown and smelly, with stained walls, chipped paint, and water damage on ceilings and in bathrooms. My first room, 224, had an unbearable odor, a microwave that didn’t work, and a cup and straw already in the trash can. The second room, 218, smelled a little less bad but was just as dirty. Something brown was smeared on the bathroom door, with dirt and hair all over it, and the sink drained extremely slowly. I asked to check out early because of the poor upkeep and experience. The supervisor eventually agreed to a refund, then told Expedia she wouldn’t provide one. Please don’t waste your money here.

The food at breakfast was awful, and there was hardly any of it. The juice and coffee were extremely watered down, and the food was cold. In room 110, during my June 6-8 stay, the toilet was nasty around the bottom of the bowl, and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed. I had to ask someone to come clean the room. The walls and doors were dirty, and the elevator floor was dirty too, with a musty odor. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I do not recommend wasting your money here. If zero were an option, that’s what I’d give it. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The window wouldn’t close, there were holes in the wall, and the room smelled like pee. I asked for another room, but the desk clerk said, "it's fine". Fifteen minutes later, we turned in our keys and left to find somewhere else.
