We had a good weekend at the GrandStay while visiting family. Since I have dietary restrictions, we always book a kitchenette when traveling, and that can get pricey. GrandStay offered a reasonable rate and a clean, fresh, spacious room with one. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure and hot water, and there was breakfast, a pool, a hot tub, and a workout area. We'll definitely stay at the GrandStay again when we return.

The staff, including Vicki, were polite and helpful, and the place had a generally clean look. Still, “Exemplary” doesn't describe our stay. The room needed a thorough cleaning: there was dirt on the bathroom counter backsplash and bedroom vent cover, and the floors needed vacuuming. Agoda led us to expect two twin beds, but we got one, and the hotel wouldn't adjust. The kitchen dishes were left in the dishwasher instead of the cabinets. Breakfast was like what you'd get at hotels costing half as much, and the pool and hot tub were closed during our stay.

We got a queen suite that felt like a little apartment, and the kitchenette was handy. It was a quiet, clean, modern place, with friendly, helpful staff. The rate was very reasonable since it was the off season.

Our suite was huge and could sleep eight. The queen-sized bunk beds went all the way to the ceiling, which would be so fun for kids. There was also a separate room with a queen mattress, which was very firm, plus a hide-a-bed couch. The bathroom was huge and beautiful, and the kitchen had everything, even a dishwasher. I could live there. Definitely recommend it, and I'll be back.

Everyone was so nice, the room was immaculate, and breakfast was delicious. Probably the best hotel experience we've ever had. HIGHLY recommend!
