Super 8 by Wyndham Rapid City

I've been here since October 2025, and the hotel staff have been really nice and helped me through hard times. Chrissy, the manager, is a very sweet woman who checks in from time to time. Her employees make me feel like I can ask for anything. Of all the hotels I've been in since coming to RC, I'd seriously recommend this one. Love them.

The room was great. My only suggestion would be brighter lights in the shower room. Breakfast was a bit sparse but enough. The staff were responsive and capable, though I would have preferred more smiling, friendly service. For the cost, it was a good value.

Whenever we're around Rapid City, an employee of mine stays here, and I've stayed several times myself. The service has always been great. Once, when I needed to arrange a motel in another state, the manager brought me into her office and helped me book a room at a very good discount. Later, I called about another motel and they helped me get that reservation sorted over the phone too. Their service is incredible, beyond measure.

We couldn't get the room we'd reserved, so our group had to split up. Both rooms were in pitiful shape: brown streaks on a bathroom door, crumbs everywhere, and one TV completely shattered. At the other place, the front desk told us to wiggle the wires to make the TV work. Breakfast was barely anything, nowhere near what I'd call continental. We got bed bugs, too. Don't stay here if you can avoid it. You'll leave feeling unclean.
