We're in town for a project, and this place has become home for now. The office staff are so kind and friendly. Stacie keeps us updated by text about everything. The place is clean and secured with cameras, and the downstairs laundry room is clean and always working. Avanti Apt. is welcoming, and the people are good. We're really glad we found it. Happy Holidays, and thanks again, Stacie!

I'm a travel nurse and ended up staying for a year while working night shifts in the area. The place was quiet, comfortable, and safe, and the price was reasonable for the area. There are cameras overlooking the rear parking area, and the on-site laundry was easy to access. I'd stay again if I needed somewhere for three months or longer.

It's comfortable for an extended stay and very handy for the area hospitals. The team was professional, and staff got back to us quickly and efficiently.

We love our studio Apt. It's clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and the people are friendly. I'd definitely recommend renting here as a single person or a couple.

A decent place to stay, but the Wi-Fi was really poor, with frequent lag and slow speeds. They should replace the modem and wireless access points.
