Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham/Trussville

The staff were kind, respectful, and amazing, and the place was clean and convenient to everything. My husband and I stayed this past weekend, and it felt like home. Monica, the cook and server at the bar restaurant, I believe that's her name, was absolutely precious, sweet, and attentive. Thanks for a great stay. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone!

The blinds were broken, with the bottom lying on the heating and AC unit, and the furniture was worn and needs refinishing or replacing. The room was too warm even though it was 66 degrees outside and the heat was on. The light just inside the door didn't work. After many stays with Hilton, I think it's fair to say it no longer feels like a premium brand. It's time to move to a brand that values excellence. These seem like simple fixes unless you're a penny pincher.

Melissa greeted us with a smile on our first day, explained the facilities, and told us what was nearby. There are also plenty of eating options close by. The breakfast is made fresh, and those pancakes were the bomb.com! Ms. Hicks makes the best pancakes. The beds are so comfortable!

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with fresh, varied, delicious choices. Service and food at the on-site restaurant and bar were also top-notch, so dining in was a treat. My room was immaculate and spacious, elegantly designed, and had all the modern amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable. From the moment I arrived at the Hilton, the welcome was warm and professional. Check-in was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to get every detail right. It balances luxury and comfort well for business or leisure travel. I'll definitely return and recommend Hilton to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
