The staff were kind and helpful, and our room had everything we needed. Anchored inn is a really cute place to stay. The Boathouse bar across from the hotel could get noisy now and then, but it always quieted down before 10 pm. We had a good stay and would recommend it.

The back of the hotel has lovely scenery, and the area is nice. Our room was clean and pleasant, and the staff were friendly. I expected a hot breakfast, but the continental option was just packaged cereal and muffins, which was my own assumption. It would have been nice to have a balcony since nobody was there, though that wasn't the reason for my rating. Other hotels nearby seem to offer more for about the same price, or just a little more.

The venue was beautiful, and even our photographer commented on it. Many of our guests said they planned to come back. The bartenders somehow kept pace with our lively drinking crowd, and all the staff were polite and professional. Our guests and we stayed Friday and Saturday night, and the rooms were beautiful and exceptionally clean, with serene, stunning balcony views. We booked the Anchored Inn for our wedding before Covid, and as September 12, 2020 approached, we weren't sure the wedding could go ahead. The management kept us updated and had a clear handle on what the state and county guidelines would allow, including the small changes we needed to make. On the day, the weather was perfect for our outdoor ceremony, and the staff had everything ready for decorations earlier than I expected. Thank you to everyone at the Anchored Inn and the Boathouse for making the day even more perfect than I imagined. The Anchored Inn is part of our story now, and we'll come back to remember our wedding. See you soon, Mr. and Mrs. Harris.

My niece gave me this as a birthday present, and it was amazing. The location and atmosphere were great, and Captain Kathy was awesome. If you're looking to try something new outside the city, this is a fun place to check out. Worth it!

Anchored Inn is a spotless, up-to-date little hotel with truly wonderful staff and a great spot right on the water. The Boathouse was excellent too, with a really good live band playing great tunes, and excellent waterfront restaurants all around. I'd highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a room on the "eastern shore". BRAVO ZULU to the Anchored Inn and the Boathouse.
