Quality Inn Trussville I-59 exit 141

I felt genuinely afraid when I raised the problems at the front desk. The staff yelled at me, acted aggressively, and told me to leave instead of helping. They wouldn't offer a refund or any other assistance. The room itself was disgusting, with stains across the bedding, filthy floors, and dried residue on the furniture. I didn't even feel comfortable touching the covers. The bathroom door was hanging off its hinges, which felt unsafe. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I strongly advise staying somewhere else.

The room was clean and smelled nice, and I got a good night's sleep. I needed somewhere to crash while visiting home and my youngest son, and this place worked out great. They attended that night. Was great. Got a great raid.

The staff and management treated us really well and made us feel welcome. The hotel is right off the interstate, with great restaurants nearby and stores for shopping. Wonderful place, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The breakfast was very limited and cheap, and the TV was terrible. They never made up the room, and after we got back from a long day I had to ask twice just to get clean towels. There were only two small, cheap towels to begin with, and they wouldn't give us any more. The mattress was worn out with a large dip in it. The floors were dirty, the furniture was junk, and both the fridge and microwave were nasty. Absolutely horrendous. Nothing here felt like quality, and I want my money back. Avoid this place like the plague!
