Breakfast was a real plus. Our room included vouchers for the restaurant on the same property, just a short walk away. We could choose from three breakfast meals or put $8 toward something else. The food was very good, the place looked nice, and the service was excellent. The hotel itself was quiet, clean, and well cared for, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a pleasant stay.
The restaurant, trading post, and museum were amazing. I really enjoyed learning about the code talkers and seeing the equipment, and I’d recommend visiting those facilities. The RV park was another story. We felt uneasy about the area, especially with a couple living across from us in their truck cab for what seemed to have been a couple of months. The bathrooms were awful, with paper scattered across the floor, and the showers didn’t look inviting. We were glad we didn’t need to use them. Stray dogs came up to us when we first arrived, and they weren’t friendly. A warning would’ve helped us be ready. It also seemed that several guests let their dogs roam loose, which made me nervous. The dog park doesn’t work for small dogs either, since they can slip through the gate. A barrier would help.
The double queen room had a handy layout, with the wash basin separate from the bathroom and toilet so more of us could get ready at once. There was also a good desk for studying. The room was quiet and clean, and the service was friendly. One family member thought the beds felt stiff, while another found them just right. Thanks!
The peaceful atmosphere and cultural touches made the stay feel special, and it was a relaxing place to rest after seeing the landscapes nearby. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived, and the staff were warm, respectful, and genuine. Their hospitality felt connected to the spirit and culture of the Navajo Nation. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The beds were cozy, the amenities were on point, and everything felt fresh. You can tell they take pride in the hotel. I’d recommend NavajoLand Hotel if you’re traveling through Navajo Nation or visiting nearby parks and landmarks. Great people and service, and I’d definitely come back.
We usually grab dinner at the restaurant when we roll into town, and we appreciate the breakfast vouchers too. This time NavajoLand Hotel was our starting point for a trip to the Grand Canyon. The drive to the East entrance is a gorgeous hour. The hotel is our go to when we pass through the Tuba City area, since it’s clean and the staff are efficient and friendly. It’s dog friendly, and I found a small dog park out back for our furry friends. Sorry I didn’t get better photos, but I guess you’ll have to check it out yourself.
