Casa Paloma B&B

It feels remote and peaceful here, yet restaurants, shops and historical sites are only minutes away. We just got home from a weekend at Casa Paloma and keep talking about what a perfect stay it was. Katy and Ray anticipated everything we might need, the room was comfortable and felt like home, and the grounds were immaculate. Breakfast was beyond what we expected. We definitely recommend it and will be back.

The food is spectacular, the rooms are very comfortable, and the setting feels magical. Katie and Ray Sayre have made this a first class B&B, and they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and at ease. I hope I get another chance to return and spend more time relaxing in those inviting outdoor spaces. Truly a gem.

Ray and Katie were fabulous hosts and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. The breakfasts were sublime. My favorite was the green chile souffle, though the french toast was delicious too. We loved the building and its gorgeous kitchen, and our room was lovely. The bed was so comfortable that I had the best sleep I’d had in ages. Can’t wait to visit again.

This was our second visit, and we’ll definitely come back. There are sweet, friendly dogs you can pet if you like, but they leave you alone if you’d rather not. Hummingbirds and big trees made sitting on the outdoor patios such a pleasure. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with lots of places to sit inside and out, and the thoughtful hosts served incredible breakfasts. We tried green chile soufflé and bananas foster pancakes, among other things, and never needed lunch.
